2. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded when the customer places an order and receives confirmation via email.

Electronic communication shall be considered legally equivalent to written form.


3. Products and Personalization

Most products are personalized according to customer specifications.

The customer is responsible for:

  1. accuracy of entered data
  2. selected personalization

❗ Changes are not possible after order confirmation unless production has not yet started.

Important:

  1. product appearance may differ from screen display
  2. differences may occur due to screen variations (mobile, desktop)
  3. minor variations in color, material, or finish may occur

👉 Such deviations do not constitute a defect.

The seller reserves the right to:

  1. adjust text grammatically
  2. make technical modifications


4. Registration and Age

Registration is not required.

Customers must be at least 18 years old.


5. Prices

All prices are in EUR and include VAT.

Prices may change at any time.

The price at the time of purchase applies.


6. Ordering

Customers must verify:

  1. product
  2. personalization
  3. price

before placing the order.

The customer is responsible for accuracy of provided data.


7. Payment

Payment must be made using available methods.

Payment methods may vary by country.


8. Packaging

Products are securely packed in protective packaging.

Customers must:

👉 inspect the package upon delivery

Visible damage must be reported immediately.


9. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by courier services (e.g., GLS).

Customers receive:

  1. shipping notification
  2. tracking number

Delivery time: up to 30 days.

Important:

  1. delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  2. delays may occur due to couriers

If the customer fails to collect the package:

  1. refund is not guaranteed
  2. redelivery is possible at additional cost

👉 Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.


10. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted via:

info@tvornicapoklona.hr

Deadline: 14 days from delivery.

Response time: within 14 days.


11. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have a 14-day withdrawal right, except for:

❗ personalized/custom-made products

For such products:

👉 no withdrawal right applies unless defective.


12. Liability

The seller is not liable for:

  1. improper use
  2. use without supervision (especially by children)
  3. damages occurring after delivery

Liability is limited to:

  1. intent
  2. gross negligence

in accordance with applicable law.
